SuccessFULL With ADHD

Butterflies in Formation: When ADHD Becomes a Strength with Dr. Tamara Rosier

Listen Later

In this episode, I reconnect with Dr. Tamara Rosier, founder of the ADHD Center of West Michigan and the author of “Your Brain’s Not Broken: Strategies for Navigating Your Emotions & Life with ADHD.” Tamara’s experiences resonate strongly with me because we have similar stories of struggling as educators before we discovered our ADHD and became coaches. We compared notes about how coaching changed our lives and made us better people. Tamara talked about how she measures success, the process of writing her book, and whether ADHD is a “gift” to the people diagnosed with it. Click play to hear about her experiences and the messages she wants you, my listeners, to hear and absorb about having ADHD in the workplace.
