In 2001, she went out with friends on Halloween night and got dropped off at her apartment in the early hours of November 1st, and that was the last time anyone saw Cindy ever again. When Penny Cayedito woke up on April 6, 1986, to take her daughters to Bible study she realized that her oldest, 9-year-old Anthonette, was nowhere to be found. After searching the neighborhood and surrounding areas, there was no sign of her. But how does a young girl just vanish from her own home in the middle of the night without anyone seeing or hearing anything? With no person of interest or suspect ever named in the case, it seemed that no one would ever find out what really happened to Anthonette. But after new information pertaining to the case from that time comes to light, it seems that there was someone close to Anthonette who knows exactly what happened to her.

In 2012, in Spokane, WA, Donna Perry, a convicted felon, was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm, and it was then that her DNA was submitted to a national database. It was a surprise to law enforcement when her DNA was a hit to unsolved murders from 1990. Those murders were of 3 sex workers, who at the time that they were killed, were not able to be linked to Spokane serial killer Robert Yates, and went cold. It would take 22 years and the advancements in DNA technology to finally get justice for the 3 women who were murdered. Nikko Jenkins had a very troubled childhood that, most likely, set up the trajectory of the rest of his life.
