Today’s conversation is with Sean Conway.
Sean is an internationally acclaimed ultra-endurance athlete, author, and a renowned motivational speaker.
Expect to learn how Sean came to understand the two different animals within himself, the value of leaning into activities and ventures which truly serve you, what it takes to push the mind and body to the very limit in being the first, furthest and fastest in a variety of physical challenges, and why it’s not too late to make a change in your life.
Sean really embodies this last lesson as he reshaped his life from self-professed ordinary man to a 43-year-old record-breaking endurance athlete. Many of you will have heard Sean speak before about his physical endeavours and we certainly cover those here including accidentally becoming the first person to swim the length of Britain. But we’ve aimed to go deeper with this conversation and I think you’re going to take a lot of away about mindset, clarity, and living in alignment.

Today’s conversation is a solo podcast, but not a Q&A.
It’s 23 Thoughts after turning 32 Years Old.
Turning around year older is a great time to pause and reflect. It’s something I’ve made a habit of doing over the last few years.
Taking time to stop, review, assess and then share the biggest lessons and reflections from the past 12 months.
It’s become tradition to produce a solo podcast. n 2022, my 30 thoughts at 30. Last year, my 13 thoughts at 31.
This year, you can expect to hear my reflections on family, fitness, podcasting, sales, politics, mindset and much more.

And the meals are cooked fresh each Saturday and midweek in Glasgow before being delivered across the UK.

This is not financial advice. The reason it’s not financial advice is because it’s not tailored to you. We discuss the principles of building wealth but if you want personalised advice, it’s worth speaking to a financial advisor. As with everything financial, please do your own research.
Today, the guest is me and I answer the Questions sent in by the listeners over Instagram, on my new Patreon and on my email list.
These include my thoughts on finally giving into the running trend, if Trump will win the election, the record sales we hit in August and September, how Ibiza and Dubai fit into a self development focused lifestyle, and much more.

Hussle is the way to get access to 1000s of UK gyms, pools and spas with one simple membership. I’ve been a Hussle user since 2014 when my first graduate sales job took me down to Manchester, Leeds, Norwich and beyond. It enables me to access gyms wherever I am with work or socially as well as get access to specific facilities like saunas and spas.
Hussle is, of course, available to individuals, but what is really exciting is that companies can now partner with Hussle to give their staff members fitness access as an employee benefit.
Anyone who listens to a podcast like this one knows that making it easier to exercise and access facilities is a great way to boost employee physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
