Well in this episode, I'm joined by experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Sally Garozzo, and we're going to explore the practice of hypnotherapy and hear about how it could ease menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, anxiety and sleep disturbances. Sally will help us to bust some myths about hypnotherapy, help us understand the benefits and learn exactly how it can help during the perimenopause and menopause years. 

As well as being an award winning clinical hypnotherapist and an advanced rapid transformational therapist, Sally Garozzo is also the founder of the Menopause Mindset Hypnosis collection, the world's only powerful set of hypnosis recordings, specifically for menopause symptoms.
