One of the questions I am asked most often is "Can I balance my own chakras?" Have you wondered this same thing? Since so many people ask me, I thought it would be good to answer this question in today's episode.

The first thing I tell my clients is that my goal is to help them to understand their own energy, so they know when it's out of balance and how to take care of it. What makes your spouse's Heart Chakra happy may not be what YOUR Heart Chakra needs! How do you know what your energy needs?

In this episode, I will explain how you CAN begin to bring balance your own chakras on a daily basis, as well as why you need some objective help too. I will also share why having access to Mother Mary's special x-ray vision (aka divine insight) speeds up your process and magnifies your miracles!!

Key learnings:

1) We are wired to need each other. Even Jesus needed to receive from St. John the Baptist. Thinking you can do everything on your own, or that you should be able to, is a belief that will block your miracle.

2) Before you can balance your energy, you need to get to KNOW your energy. What works for you and what doesn't? Otherwise, you will spend a lot of time, energy, and money doing things that might not make that much difference.

3) For one whole day, observe what gives you energy and what drains your energy. There are many things you can do daily to keep your energy flowing, like eating organic food, walking in nature, connecting with loved ones, laughing…but we all need help at times, and that is when you reach out and ask someone who can help you.
