Champion Ironwoman and media personality, Candice Warner became a pro athlete at age 14. Since then she's carved a unique media career and remains a prominent figure in sport as the key support and wife of Australian cricketer, David Warner. Candice joins Turia to reflect on some of the bigger lessons from her life including how she coped with the shame and pressure of being thrust into the media spotlight and also how she turned to running for her mental health.
