A frequently discussed topic!

Many of us want to get a great start to the day and stay o track to get done what's important to us. There's a several books on the topics and they give different ideas and views.

There's also many differnt approach you will hear from online videos and articles you will read. So, what does really work?

I was curious to know more about 'Tapping' or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Another technique or tool which helps with dealing with stress, anxiety , low confidence, and more.

My guest Janine Mitchell has been working with people for a couple of decades and using EFT with great results with her clients. Janine talks through what is EFT and we go through a short example to address the sense of overwhelm which many of us face may be facing currently due the whats happening around the world.

Words and talk are cheap. We say a whole lot of stuff and we commit to doing all sorts of things. We define our goals, our ambitions. We spend time, hours and days, on plans to achieve what we say we want.

Then the time comes to do something. To take action. This is the test. The test on just how committed you are to you goals and even more importantly, how committed you are to your commitment!
