Let me know if it worked for you.
Look after yourself, your body and your mind!
With so much going on in the world, stress levels have risen for many of us, and they seem to keep rising. Trying to find some calm within ourselves is also being tested.
You will hear meditation is helpful. It certain does help as I found over the years. There are may approaches to meditating. This is my approach which I learned from a few people over the years.
It helped me understand the purpose of meditation and then a practice which worked for me. I hope this is useful for you.
I cover thoughts and breath focus as part of my meditation.

Experienced coach, speaker, and marketer, Jill McCulloch joins me on this episode. We discuss some of the challenges in our current world - life and work - and how it affects our mindsets, creates limiting beliefs, and a very current topic, mental resilience (or fitness as Jill puts it).
We also cover 'Postive Intelligence' and learning about our gremlins or saboteurs which get stuck in our thoughts and in our way when we are looking to make changes.
There are more details on my website about the resources Jill mentions in this episode.

I am with Karin Hurt, CEO of We Grow Leaders, who helps leaders achieve breakthrough results, build courageous cultures, and support their people all without losing their soul!
It's a tough time right now. Companies are trying to navigate their way back to sustainable business. But it's also a time to figure how how to make changes to their company culture so they support not only their customers but also the people who make the company work each and every day - the employees.
We touch on several areas from toxic cultures which stifle engagement across the company to examples of leaders who are really taking a different approach and engaging with all their staff to build a new company.
If you want more help with building a courageous culture then get in touch with Karin Hurt on LinkedIn.
