#61 | On this week's episode of Order & Chaos, I talk about how I finally changed my relationship with drinking and alcohol this past year. From my teen years into my twenties, I was always the party girl. I spent too many years binge drinking, blacking out & partying way too hard all at the expense of my own mental health. It was always a good time until the next day when the hangover, anxiety, shame and guilt would kick in and finally I had enough.  From taking a break from drinking all together to reintroducing it into my life, this episode will take you through my journey of finding a healthier relationship with alcohol.
