Sarah Rao, aka The Chines Dressage Girl, is one of the most inspiring riders and influencers in China and also in the UK.

She's represented China numerous times and made history with the first double international win for China. She's a youth ambassador of an FEI charity programme. She's based in Cheshire with Sarah Higgins.

We chat about her childhood in China, coming to the UK, her horses (and their personalities), why she was drawn to dressage and her new brand - including a beautiful dragon design which will go onto white breeches, stitched in white for that understated, yet empowering look.
