Coach Mike McDaniel and the Miami Dolphins decided it was best to leave for Germany on Monday for Sunday's AFC battle with the Kansas City Chiefs. The Dolphins will practice in Germany three times ahead of Sunday's game.

That said, Kansas City has decided to take the tunnel vision approach — traveling overseas on Thursday and practicing internationally on Friday. They're not adjusting to the time difference, instead just focused on football. We saw the Buffalo Bills struggle to keep up with the Jacksonville Jaguars after traveling late in the week — could the same happen with the Chiefs?
