Can you believe it? Few days until Christmas. 

It's a different holiday season this year, no matter where you are in the world, I think we've all been impacted by the pandemic and what's going on. 

Here in Australia, it's pretty hectic because things are opening up.

Everybody's going to be hanging out, shopping and doing all the things but for us this year, I feel like the more this goes down, the more introverted I feel. 

I can’t believe I’m saying that. If you have been listening to me, you know I’m not an introvert. 

I love people, I’ve never referred to myself as one. 

I wanted to do this podcast because I don't know what your holiday season will look like, but here's what I do know, we allow our boundaries to be broken. 

This Christmas time is going to be a great time for you to test your boundaries with family, food and everything else. 

Sista, setting boundaries is not easy to do. It feels uncomfortable. But you got this.
