In this episode of the Ones Ready podcast we have  a guest with a skill set that many of you have been waiting on, Justin who is an Air Force Special Operations Command Combat Aviation Advisor (CAA) with the 6th SOS.  To date there is little information about what CAA's do in AFSOC, but this episode should shed some light on the topic.  Justin covers a bunch of different topics from what the mission of the 6th SOS is to how Active Duty Airmen can become CAA's, how Assessment and Selection works, everyone's favorite "day in the life of" question, and then Justine wraps it up with the an elevator pitch with advice to aspiring CAAs.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback.
