• In your everyday life, create cues to help you remember to come back to your higher self energy. This can be creating cues to just pause and breathe to connect with that positive energy.
• Remember this energy is always present for you, whenever you need. You just need to access this aspect of you. This aspect of you will be able to guide all aspects of the mind, even the anxious, sad, or angry parts! Connect back to this aspect of you, and allow yourself to remain calm, balanced, and equanimious with all apsects and colors of life!
