I had the honor to talk with Amanda Widmeyer with General Parts in Fort  Wayne IN. We talked about changing roles in the company. Originally a  Service Support Specialist, but wanted more. She took an opportunity and  she is thriving. I look forward to working with Amanda in the future  and I hope to put her through some training opportunities soon. Hard  work, dedication and persistence will pay off.

It was a pleasure having Michael Brown on. His experience in the  restaurant industry has spanned a lot of roles and I am glad to call him  a co-worker and friend.
