We are back with our Young Guns series #2 with Toby Overton. Toby is 24 years old and is in Northern Arizona. He started off as a helper in high school. Once he graduated, he attended a 9 month program at a local trade school and has been killing it ever since. Toby works on restaurant refrigeration, cooking equipment and anything else he can get his hands on. He talks about what drives him and some future goals. Toby also runs a great Facebook group call HVACR Component Teardowns. He takes parts from recent calls and breaks them down step by step, explains what failed and why it happened. We will leave a link below if you would like to check it out.
