Today my guest Derek Hart gives us some incredibly helpful insight on what it takes to maintain harmony in relationships and rebuild them when they're broken in his very own process of "reinvention." How does Derek define reinvention?

How do we follow our desires when we're SO used to doing what we should?

How do we even know what we want when we've been doing exactly what we know will get people to like us? 

This episode with my friend and Women's Coach Danielle Hatton is aaalll about the good girl conditioning, something I can very much relate to!

I couldn't think of a better guest to launch us off than my new friend Cailin McDuff, a women's coach who is an embodiment of full self-expression and approval for who she is in the world.
