In this round, they are joined by Iris Minichmayr (Austria) and Phil Selby (Australia) for a deep dive into how PK/PD data and principles can be used as integral clinical tools to support dosing decisions. They break down technical concepts of pharmacometrics such as population PK models, Monte Carlo simulations, probability of target attainment (PTA), and cumulative fraction of response (CFR), helping to make these approaches more accessible to everyday clinical practice.
