Episode 38: Motherhood + Rest

Jess’s newest book, Tired of Being Tired, just came out on April 9th, but since Summer is upon us, we thought this would be a good time to bring out Jess’s last book, Breaking Free from Body Shame. 


If you find yourself thinking you have to jump on a new fitness challenge, change your diet, or find yourself wanting to avoid the community pool for the next few months, this episode is for you. In this episode, we brought in our friend and team member, Katie Smith, to share her story of body shame + healing. Episode 36: What Your Single Friends Wish You Knew

In this episode, Nick Connolly, husband, father, pastor, and author, interviews Jess Connolly about her newest book, ‘Tired of Being Tired.’ You’ll hear raw and honest conversations about how this current season has been for Jess, as she experienced deep grief from an unexpected family loss while also experiencing great joy in seeing this book being launched into the world.
