Superior Gold's principal business objectives are the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of gold resource properties.

In the near term, the Company intends to focus on establishing the Plutonic Gold operations as a gold producer capable of producing at least 100,000 ounces of gold annually. To achieve this goal, the Company plans to focus on improving mining practices to lower costs and increase production, increasing operational efficiencies, continuing to optimize the global mineral resource model and advancing open pit opportunities close to the mill.

Callinex Mines is advancing its portfolio of copper, zinc, gold and silver rich deposits located in the Flin Flon, Bathurst and Buchans mining districts, where nearby operations are actively mining for copper, zinc, gold and silver.

The portfolio is highlighted by its Pine Bay Project in the Flin Flon Mining District, which hosts the high-grade copper, gold, silver and zinc Rainbow Deposit that is being rapidly expanded. The Rainbow Deposit is located within a mineral lease, less than 250m from a high-voltage hydroelectric power-line and 550m from a historic shaft with direct road access to processing facilities in Flin Flon, MB.

Additionally, the Company advancing two near surface silver discoveries in close proximity to its Nash Creek deposit in the Bathurst Mining District of New Brunswick. A 2018 PEA on its Bathurst Project portfolio outlined a mine plan that generates a strong economic return with a pre-tax IRR of 34.1% and NPV8% of $230 million.

Champion Iron Limited, through its subsidiary Quebec Iron Ore Inc., owns and operates the Bloom Lake Mining Complex, located on the south end of the Labrador Trough, approximately 13 km north of Fermont, Québec. Bloom Lake is an open-pit truck and shovel operation with a concentrator, and it ships iron ore concentrate from the site by rail, initially on the Bloom Lake Railway, to a ship loading port in Sept-Îles, Québec. The Bloom Lake Phase I plant has a nameplate capacity of 7.4 Mtpa and produces a high-grade 66.2% Fe iron ore concentrate with low contaminant levels, which has proven to attract a premium to the Platts IODEX 62% Fe iron ore benchmark. In addition to the partially completed Bloom Lake Phase II project, Champion owns a portfolio of exploration and development projects in the Labrador Trough, including the Kamistiatusset Project located a few kilometres south-east of Bloom Lake, and the Consolidated Fire Lake North iron ore project, located approximately 40 km south of Bloom Lake. The Company sells its iron ore concentrate globally to customers in China, Japan, the Middle East, Europe, South Korea, India and Canada.

Arafura Resources Limited is an Australia-based company engaged in production of rare earth products. The Company produces rare earth products from the Nolans Project. The Nolans Project consists of a mine, process plant, including beneficiation, extraction and separation plants, and related infrastructure to be constructed and located at the Nolans site, approximately 135 kilometers north of Alice Springs in Australia's Northern Territory. The Company's rare earth products are Neodymium-Praseodymium (NdPr) oxide, and Mixed middle-heavy rare earths (SEG/HRE) oxide. NdPr oxide is the Company's lead product, which is used by magnet and magnet alloy customers. Rare earth products are also used in catalytic converters in automobiles, consumer electronics, energy efficiency lighting, optics, ceramics, airbag sensors, main drive motors in electric vehicles (EV) and others. The Company is also engaged in other projects, such as Aileron-Reynolds and Bonya JV.

TriStar Gold Inc is a gold exploration and development company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Our 100% owned flagship property, Castelo de Sonhos gold project, is located in Pará State, Brazil. The Company is currently completing a pre-feasibility study on the Esperança South target and has recently commenced drilling on additional high priority targets within the project area.

G2 Goldfields Inc. is a Canada-based resource exploration company. The Company is focused on the discovery of gold deposits in the Guiana Shield. The Company operates primarily in Guyana, where the Company owns a 100% interest in two past gold-producing mines, as well as a regional portfolio of prospective projects. The Company's projects include Oko Aremu and Puruni. The projects are located at the southern end of the Cuyuni Basin and host high-grade Orogenic Gold mineralization within the Cuyuni Basin Sediments and the underlying Barama volcanics. American Eagle Gold is focused on exploring for a world-class gold deposit on its flagship property, Golden Gate.  The property is located on the Cortez Trend, next door to Barrick Gold and Newmont Mining’s Gold Rush and Cortez Mine, which host over 27 million ounces of gold.  The company plans to drill and advance its relatively unexplored property and continue to focus on acquiring and advancing gold projects in the area.
