Happy holidays! Just like Nicole crushing it in spin class, we’re not taking a break. Her spin class substitute caught her vibing during a session and gave her some well-deserved praise. Despite the stereotype, sweaty gym-goers aren’t exactly sexy—but Rich and Covino were sleeveless at SoulCycle, looking like the cutest cycling duo ever. 

Rich posed an interesting question: Does Lance Armstrong deserve a pass for cheating, considering he raised millions for cancer research?  Meanwhile, Nicole has taken on a new role as the MC of the school’s fundraiser events, bringing in serious cash for the school. Rich also wonders if it’s weird to befriend other parents when your kids don’t even hang out together. 

The duo dive into listener questions, tackling topics like chore charts, whether a parent is unreasonable for insisting their partner attend a parent-teacher conference even if they’re unavailable, and more. 

Oh, and about “Have Kids They Said," apparently, we can’t promote the show at schools because we’re too smutty and we couldn't agree more.
