In this episode we hear from the Maxed Elite Team Manager, Martin Ngwenya, a former athlete of the club himself. He talks us through the fine balance of finding & nurturing the talented individuals that get to wear the Mr Price Sport Red Cap as part of the Maxed Elite family.
