By now, lockdown is something most of us have experienced. Whether it’s affected us directly or not.. we are still impacted by these new changes emotionally and mentally.
Coach Sigi and Phoebe discuss the importance of daily habits and tasks which bring a sense of purpose each day while in lockdown.
