Catharine Ross and I would love to share with you a 5 minute Tapping session that you can do yourself, whenever you are feeling anxious or stressed.
Tapping, also know as EFT, stands for “Emotional Freedom Techniques” and incorporates the wisdom of Chinese Acupuncture with Western Cognitive Psychology techniques to ease emotional (and physical) discomfort caused by blockages in the body’s energy system.
The best part is we don't use needles! Instead we use the fingertips to tap on various points on the face and upper body.
Many clinical trials have shown that by doing this we re-balance the body’s energy system by short-circuiting the brain's stress response and re-programming it to think differently about the problem. EFT has also been shown to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories or traumas that trigger distress.
