Republicans are getting crushed even in red states, all for issues and politicians that we don’t even believe in. We are focusing on the wrong things, dying on the wrong hills, needlessly uniting behind Trump’s perfidy, and then needlessly dividing on issues we supposedly all agree on! The main reason? We’ve created a circuitous failure theater and defeat mechanism with Trump that has ensured we never accomplish our stated objectives. Why are fighting over personalities, and online factions are distracting conservatives from the underlying problems. Meanwhile, a slew of polling shows Democrats about to sweep relatively light red states, while making inroads into deeper red states. Is it perhaps good to bring in the official Democrats so we can rebuild, or will we still fail to learn our lesson?

On this Constitution Day, it’s time we recognize that judicial supremacy is a legal fiction and must be confronted.  Nowhere is this more evident than with immigration policy. I sit down with immigration attorney John Miano (Center for Immigration Studies) to expose how hypocritical courts and the acquiescence to their capricious decisions have stripped away America's sovereignty.  John shows how pretty much every meaningful reform on immigration has been mowed down in the courts.  However, the same courts that say the president cannot enforce sovereignty have also ruled against John’s clients who sued Democrat presidents for illegally expanding immigration without Congress.  He explains why the judiciary has become a one-way street and a dead end for conservatives in general, and pro-sovereignty patriots, in particular.  The fact that Republicans won’t lift a finger to codify a single order show why the Republican establishment secretly prefers it that way.

Today, I debunk one of the biggest lies surrounding the massive data-center takeover: the claim that hyperscale data centers will simply pay for the enormous electricity generation, transmission infrastructure, and other costs they create. The numbers tell a different story. PJM’s independent market monitor has reported that data-center load growth is a major driver of recent capacity-market conditions and higher costs, with its analysis estimating billions of dollars in additional capacity-market costs attributable to data-center demand. I prove that what is happening with the data-center grift is antithetical to a free-market technology revolution. It’s a government-supported immoral transfer of costs and resources toward Big Tech. By supporting this grift, Republicans risk repeating the political pattern of 2006–2008 by remaining closely aligned with an unpopular Republican president rather than separating themselves from policies they believe are hurting them politically and are not conservative anyway.  I compare today's political environment with the final years of the George W. Bush presidency and ask a central question: How can Republicans repeat the same strategy and expect a different political result?

Everything you’ve heard about the debate over AI and data centers is built upon a false choice. On this special 25th anniversary episode, I look back at the attacks, the extraordinary heroism and unity they produced, and the terrible decisions made by America's leaders in the aftermath, which squandered the sense of common cause. I’m joined by Krista Schild, Texas director of the RAIR Foundation and a former flight attendant, who brings a remarkable firsthand perspective from the aviation industry at the time. Krista reveals that before 9/11, she personally encountered one of the future hijackers whose behavior raised serious concerns — and she recounts hearing from other flight attendants about suspicious encounters involving passengers who would later become associated with the 9/11 attacks. She explains how flight crews were trained to recognize threats, but how political correctness and restrictions on discussing Islam affected the ability to confront those threats. Will we finally have our Flight 93 moment at the political and cultural level to reverse the tide and finish the job that the heroes of 9/11 began?

The GOP is the party of BIG TALK and NEGATIVE RESULTS. Today, I vividly show through Republicans' stupid convention how their rhetoric matches their actions. I also delve into President Donald Trump’s proposal for a $5,000 “Trump dividend,” which is literally the exact policy that created this affordability crisis to begin with. I show how this policy harms the middle class with inflation that is much greater than the size of the check people receive. The reaction of con inc. to this and the 20 or so other fiscally and socially liberal policies from Trump exposes a much bigger contradiction: These influencers don’t believe their own talking points for a minute. Which is why I also explain how this fake unity under the guise of defeating Democrats is circular, for if we continue with the Trump image and messaging, Democrats will win anyway — not only in November but also in 2028.

JD Vance’s reported plan to make federal child care funds available to certain married couples with a stay-at-home parent has sparked a debate over family policy, America’s declining birth rate, women in the workforce, and the role of government. I argue that we’re missing the broader context: Are financial incentives enough to reverse the decline in marriage, family formation, and birth rates? Also, what is actually driving the affordability crisis to begin with? The affordability crisis is driven by several factors, including federal debt, inflation, monetary policy, health care costs, and market concentration. At the same time, declining marriage and family formation are fundamentally cultural problems that cannot be solved simply through government subsidies. Too many debating this proposal fail to see the broader picture and are more concerned about clout chasing or aligning themselves with particular politicians rather than trying to solve an issue.

Democrats are silently taking over the Republican Party in America's reddest states, thanks to the corruption of special interests. Teton County conservative activist Rebecca Bextel joins me to expose the uni-party playbook in Wyoming and explains why she is bypassing the GOP to run for governor on the Constitution Party ticket. Bextel explains why Eric Barlow, the official Republican nominee for governor, is really a Democrat.  She points to his record on Medicaid expansion, sanctuary cities, illegal immigrant benefits, energy policy, coal, and other issues as evidence of what she describes as a leftist agenda operating under the Republican label. Here’s the amazing thing: A conservative third-party candidate can compete and easily win without simply handing the election to the official Democrat. This isn't just about Wyoming. It's about whether conservatives can continue allowing establishment Republicans to win primaries, govern like Democrats, and then demand unconditional Republican support in November. If Wyoming can be captured from within, what does that mean for the rest of America's red states?
