As a plastic surgeon, I love to operate.  Helping people look and feel better is a honor.  But I met a pig at the Ross Mill Pig Farm in Pennsylvania who was "fat blind".  Popo lost 100 pounds and had excess skin covering his eyes.  And that made him unhappy.  So, I designed an operation to remove the skin from Popo's head- I actually did a brow lift, a facelift, and a rhinoplasty...on a pig!  On this show, I describe this unique surgery.  And then we segue into rhinoplasties in actual humans...which is the majority of my unusual practice!
