Country Life is back at the A and P Show in Christchurch, checking out the best Christmas cakes in show and meets Canterbury horse trainer, Chanelle Dickie, who's taken dozens of retired racehorses under her wing. The team also takes a tour of a wetland at the bottom of a dairy farm.
