In this solo episode I will share the benefits that colouring books add to our mental wellness.
Any time we need to lower stress or just focus, colouring an image is a simple way of relaxing.
I will also speak of special needs children and share the story of how an autistic boy found solace, calm and focus in colouring books. I will then share how to introduce colouring as a mindfulness practice to feel closer to your loved ones.
My colouring book is available on Amazon: 'Discovery: a colouring book for the easily bored.'

This book is drawn with love and attention to details. Every left page has a quote on top, a page of lines ready to be filled with notes or thoughts, and is followed by a right page with an image connected to the quote.
A goal planner and a fun sketch area in the end complete the book.

In this solo episode we will explore some common causes of negative thinking, self deprecation and all the hidden reasons why we are not engaging in the art we love, or not charging enough.
Learn how to change your thought patterns and when to reach for a therapist to dive deeper for lasting change.
Of course, these princuples apply also to non artists, but have you noticed that very often we as artists end to procrastinate taking time for our own well being and artistic growth?
Without mentioning how many times we self-sabotage any possibility to enter the art market, in fear of failure, just to see that many who were not necessarily better are selling well.
If this is bothering you and you want to discover the reasons of your low self esteem in the art universe, contact me at Facebook.com/franzsidneytherapy. Consultations are always free and I am always happy to refer you to my colleagues if your problem is better solved by a different specialist.

Some of us love art in its many forms so much that they want to share it with the world, and even earn a living with it. We know how hard it is to achieve this dream and many people will try to sell you expensive coaching programs, courses and marketing funnels that might make you lose more money than you will earn.
I am here to help. In this episode I will cover the seven most important things you can do today to make art that sells.
I will explain:
My tips are for both established creatives or those who are just beginning or returning to art.
If you have any more suggestions, please feel free to comment about them!
