Meditation is not just sitting quietly doing nothing, or making humming noises, or being in front of a lake....there are many ways to centre ourselves and feel relaxed.
In this episode, Jelena Hohlun, a fellow RTT therapist who studied Studied Interior and Spatial Design, talks about how she uses modern imagery to create an image or a question, to provoke thinking, and to centre herself. The role of collage as a method of thinking, centering herself, and finding inspiration for her business is explained in our chat.
Jelena gives tips on how to embrace art with a fresh and spontaneous approach that you might want to try too!

β’ Theatre props
β’ Scenic art
β’ War games Miniature design
β’ Cartoons and Illustration
β’ Teaching Animation Principles
β’ Life drawing and life sculpture

Hello everyone!
In this introductory episode, I talk about four reasons why most people are users or spectators of art products, but not creators. It all started years ago when we built a series of unhelpful beliefs about the 'starving artist' who is never good enough and needs to get a 'proper job'. When we change what's going on in our mind first, we can reintroduce art in our life and truly enjoy it.
In the following episodes I will interview full-time and part-time artists and ask them how they got there. For a few weeks we will focus on art, and then we will expand into mindset topics and neuroscience!
