In E093 Dan Pero discusses his real estate portfolio and journey with student rentals, duplex conversion and most recently the development of a single family property into a legal triplex in Hamilton Ontario. Dan is an extremely smart and diligent investor and he works systematically to achieve excellent results.

In our discussion Dan spoke of his Toronto property and plans for a laneway house and the costs and process of achieving this result. He talked about how he manages his real estate portfolio himself, understands bylaws and process and executes on diligently formed plans.

As is the case with many of the successful real estate investors on this show, Dan leveraged his network and avoided recreating the wheel. Hard work and determination have really paid off.
