Nina Kolar is the youngest of 5 siblings, she grew up mountaineering at a young age. It was a rite of passage in her family to go out on a backpacking trip at the age of 5. Her experiences in the outdoors impacted her in a huge way. At an early age she recognized the power of breath work and mindfulness and took to the internet to understand how she could utilize these practices. Nina shares her journey of what led her into teaching yoga and creating A Space Between where she creates and hosts retreats.
