Finding the right partners is not as easy as it sounds. Some may have unrealistic expectations. You may find rogue partners and disagreements may arise on how to execute deals. Today we are discussing how to close problem deals and then finding the right partners.
In this episode, we are having two of my partner guests, namely Matt "Roar" Gardner and Reggie Ross. Matt is a fighter pilot, cancer survivor, and builds an international real estate team at EXp Realty. He also runs a real estate investing company, where he rehabs homes and has a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties.
On the other hand, Reggie Ross is a chemical engineer and spent some time in the oil and gas industry and had some corporate and management roles. One day he found himself at home, single at no place to be, he decided to turn his primary residence into a rental and moved into a condo by the beach. That's how he started in the real estate business. From that moment on, he started accumulating a portfolio of single-family properties and his ultimate goal is to get into the multi-family niche.
