The families of four University of Idaho students that Bryan Kohberger has pleaded guilty to murdering have filed an explosive lawsuit against Washington State University claiming wrongful death and negligence. Madison Bergmann, 26, was sentenced to six years in prison and six years of supervised release after pleading guilty to charges related to her sexting and "making out" with an 11-year-old student.
