In this episode Amber covers the murder of Amber Belken. On January 29, 2007, Amber Belken was found murdered in the back of a game store where she worked as the manager. The store looked like it had been ransacked and that the crime had started as a robbery. Investigators believe that the suspect must be an employee or a former employee who was familiar with these details.

Then Amber covers the chaos that was Y2K. Y2K was a computer bug, that may have caused problems when dealing with dates that exceeded December 31, 1999. When complicated computer programs were being written during the 1960s through the 1980s, computer engineers used a two-digit code for the year. The "19" was left out. The fear of Y2K was that these systems would read the year 2000 as "00" or as "1900" which may have caused a complete catastrophe, particularly with the financial systems.
