Crime with a K

This week, Kelsie walks us through what was once the youngest serial killer in the world, 11 year old Mary Bell. Mary Bell grew up in England and had a horrible, neglectful childhood. By the age of eight, Mary Bell was smart enough not to incriminate herself in a crime, and was the ring leader of not the best after school activities.
