Hey Fam,

This week I was unable to record due to my work schedule but I will be back Monday for a Missing Monday episode! Leah Dee from Least of these shared with me a very special episode that she worked on with the victims family. This story is tragic and Mandey's brother Randey wants everyone to know what happened to his sister!

“90 Percent Lie” - The Case of Mandey Noe - Weakley County, Tennessee

A missing person's report, a strange story, and a rented tractor.

On February 2nd  of 2022, 36-year-old Jessica Thompson walked into the Weakley County Sheriff’s Office to report her 38-year-old niece, Mandey Noe, missing,

From the very beginning, Jessica’s story seemed suspicious.

When deputies realized they already had her husband, 45-year-old, Christopher Thompson in custody on unrelated domestic violence charges, they pulled him out of his cell to talk.

Jessica’s story about Mandey’s disappearance completely unraveled.

In this episode of Crime with Holly, Holly speaks with Jenn Buta, mother of Jordan DeMay, a 17-year-old who tragically took his life on March 25, 2022, after being targeted in a financial sextortion scheme.

This crime is rapidly growing, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children received over 26,000 reports in 2023, with most victims being teen boys between 14 and 17 years old. But girls are also targeted, and no child is immune.

Jenn shares Jordan’s story to raise awareness, highlight the dangers, and encourage families to have open, honest conversations with their teens. You’ll also hear about the Jordan DeMay #IGotYou Foundation and how his legacy is helping others.
