We always stress the importance of having more crucial conversations about issues on this show. Starting today, and moving forward on Fridays, Boyd is going to try to provide a template for having crucial conversations that will encourage others to follow. It will take most of us outside of our comfort zone, but that is part of the point of doing this. Being able to reach out and engage with someone on a real issue, be able to really listen, and articulate our own views is essential to moving forward on the many issues and challenges facing us as a nation.
