Weaving Qigong with high vibrational medicine has always been of interest to me. 

Here we hear how from travelling to the East from his home in Germany, Lui found a freedom lifestyle suited him well and the magical journey that enabled him to be introduced to crystals and their power.

I invited Lui onto the show to talk about crystals at this autumnal Metal time of the year in the UK, as this has strong links with the Qigong practice of distilling of the bounty of the year so far, activating ones own discernment and exquisite preciousness within. Too crystallise ones being and nourish the lungs, large intestine and skin.
