On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I dive into how important hormone function is, especially if you are trying to lose weight or even just function in a normal capacity as a human. I also talk in depth about autoimmune disorders and why you should eat more and avoid certain types of exercises if you have one. Lastly I go off on a fun little rant about feminism and how our medical system has completely failed women, including my experience with postpartum depression and how I didn't even know I had it until years later.
As always, please reach out to me if you have questions about ANYTHING at all. My dm's are open daily if you are suffering and cannot find answers.

In this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am teaching you how to break the rules set forth by diet culture, so that you can escape the cycle of following someone else's orders and start making your own. I cover the most ridiculous ones, from not eating past 6pm, to eating protein before your carbs, to believing that "nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels," and many more. And finally I close the episode out with giving you actual tools to get started, and how to do it YOUR WAY.
If you would like to become a client, I have a few open spots available and you can get started at https://caroline.fit or shoot me an email at [email protected]. Your first month is always FREE!

On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I had the pleasure of getting to know Scott Henry, one of my favorite TikTok'ers. Scott has built an impressive following on his TikTok as well as his Instagram, and in 2021 he won the coveted belt on CBS's "Tough As Nails" with his big heart and amazing charisma. He is also a proud husband, father, and step father to five amazing children.
We talked about his infamous Amber Heard videos that initially led me to his page, the importance of accepting who you are, blocking the haters, and his personal TikTok strategy. And of course, we talked about Elvis and the Elvis movie too :)

On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am discussing in depth my struggles with obsessive compulsive disorder. I reveal things I did as a child that I later recognized as "abnormal" and then in high school/college how I used alcohol as an escape to simply let go and show others only what I wanted them to see. The biggest relief has been acknowledging that my brain functions differently, and removing the judgment. Now if I could just let the f*ck go...

On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I get down and dirty talking about toxic relationships, the importance of setting boundaries, marriage ups and downs, breast implant illness, communication, and more. I hope that when I open up about my issues regarding relationships/communication that it helps you, even if it's just to feel seen. The hardest thing I ever did was look at how I was showing up in each of my relationships. You will have the life and relationships that you allow, and realizing this will empower you to make changes that bring you less stress and more happiness. Last but not least nobody deserves your time, energy, or space, those are earned.
