On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I talk about validating yourself, boundaries, the importance of daily habits, how making changes can be easy, and how you have to step outside of the storm you are in before you can really see things clearly. I truly hope you can take at least one thing from this episode, and am always available to hear your own experiences and as they relate to mine.https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

On this week of the CWC podcast I am talking about how I have been so overwhelmed with life recently that I realized I have abandoned any form of self care. To be here again and admit it is WAY harder than the first time back in 2014. Because now I KNOW what to do, I am just not doing it.https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I talk about getting started, making changes, and allowing excuses to exist. I also sprinkled in some stuff regarding autoimmune disorders, UTI tips, and how to stop spinning in the same circle that is getting you nowhere. If your body cannot support the types of workouts needed to achieve your ideal body type, then your ideal body type might need to change. I also talk about our AMAZING new CWC in-person membership that includes personal training as well as monthly workouts/Q&A sessions!https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking about my struggles with alcohol/food in my teen years and early twenties, and how those morphed into a gym addiction once I began my transformation back in 2014. At my perceived "peak" both physically and mentally in 2018 I felt unstoppable, until my bii symptoms began. Over the past 5 years I have been running a business, being a mom, a wife, all the while trying to get back to that "peak," to no avail. So many days I wanted for it to all be over, but I kept going even if it was at 1%, and I am proud of myself for that. Society puts an insurmountable amount of pressure on women, and quite frankly I am fucking over it. Do your best with what you have, and if what you have is 1%, then that is 100%.https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking with return guest and newest CWC coach, Molly Stoffa! Molly has been a client of mine for over a year and it is my absolute pleasure to welcome her to our team. We have many things in common, from playing soccer as kids, being super competitive, similar struggles with OCD/ADHD, motherhood, physique competing, and more. Molly shares why she wanted to be a CWC coach, what makes us so incredibly different from anything else, and how we can help you achieve your goals while enjoying life and above all, feeling amazing at the same time.https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking with Elianne El-amyouni, you may know her as the "Twitchy Witch" on social media. Elianne's mother is a reader of dreams, and her father is a shamanic healer. She has been something of an alchemist since she was born, and ended up studying symbolism, alchemy, and dreams in university. She wrote her masters on the connections between alchemy, dream analysis, and modern poetry, and is currently writing a phd on the role of music (particularly hip-hop) in the expression of palestinian political identity.https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking again with Physician's Assistant, Tanna Donalson about Semaglutide, and how many benefits it can provide people aside from just diabetes/weight loss. It is now proving to help people struggling with autoimmune/metabolic disorders, addiction, food noise, obsessive compulsive disorder, joint pain, etc. I share my experience with it and how it helped with my ocd, inflammation, and drinking urges. Tanna continues to debunk the myths surrounding it and answers many of your questions that you submitted. I have included Tanna's booking link in the show notes for anyone wanting to know more or get started!https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias
