With a two episode launch, we are posting up a second day in a row to not leave you hanging like Episode 1 attempted to leave all of us with the revelation that Charles Xavier has left everything (including the X-Men) to Magneto. Already a highlight for the series, JC and Rod talk about the speech given by Magneto at the UN, the seismic change in the team's dynamics with Storm and this week's Jean Grey cliffhanger. X-Men 97 is coming out of the gates swinging on its debut week.

What do you do when half of your team and half of your enemy's team gets taken? In the case of the X-Men and the Brotherhood, you team up. This episode continues raising the stakes as the world knows about mutants and it goes about as well as you'd think it would (even by today's "standards").

Now we understand why the comments and DMs were telling us that people couldn't wait to hear our thoughts on this two part season finale! Pretty much every major player of the series so far (except one) is involved here with some massive character debuts for the Evolution universe. Mystique and Magneto are both back and ready to rumble while Xavier seems like the worst team lead ever.
