On this week’s episode of Fast Facts – Coding Edition with Teresa Duncan, MS Teresa gives us a breakdown of codes D4910 & D4341 vs. D4342. Teresa highlights what factors need to be present in order to use these codes and some of the common mistakes she sees that lead to unpaid claims.
