Plyojam is combines plyometrics (think squats and other icky bits) with some banging tunes so you don't even realise how much you're sweating!

Irish woman Lisa Brady discovered the workout online after getting sick of 'silly little walks' during lockdown. Despite the fact that she'd 'trip over the pattern on a carpet', Lisa fell in love and decided to become a teacher with her own Groovefit classes.

Ok, we're adopting #RyanReynolds as Irish

Whether you live in runners,  can't part with your winter boots or you won't be seen without your heels, there's always a need for a good pair of shoes.

While our Dave takes his love to runners to the extreme, one thing everyone can agree on is making sure that the shoes we get last.

So, what should we be looking for?

Anthony Coogan is a Master Cobbler and the man behind Bryan's Master Cobblers so it's safe to say he knows a thing or two about shoes.

He joined Dermot and Dave for an Ask Me Anything special where he revealed the tips and tricks they can use to make your shoes fit, and the one thing you should look out for to make sure your shoes last.

While scams have been around for what seems like forever, there's been a MASSIVE increase in phone and text scams during the pandemic.

[audio mp3="https://media.radiocms.net/uploads/2021/08/18132641/MaryAiken_CyberCrime_1808.mp3"][/audio]

Recent reports from the likes of INTERPOL, Europol and the FBI have shown massive increases in crime since the pandemic began.

In Ireland, the messages are regularly claiming to be from the likes of Revenue, Department of Social Protection and banks.

Research from Bank of Ireland has found that 61% of participants have received a fraudulent call, text or email claiming to be from their bank.

To understand how these scammers target us, how they're so believable and how to avoid falling for them, Bank of Ireland have teamed up with leading Irish cyberpsychologist Dr. Mary Aiken.

Dr Aiken joined Dermot and Dave with her tips on avoiding the scammers, and why 'never trust, always verify' is the motto we all need to remember.
