To read Hannah Tyrell's list of accolades is truly astounding. At the age of just 30, she has three All-Ireland medals, a FAI Women's Cup medal, a Six Nations and Triple Crown medal and has played at national level in both rugby 7's and 15's despite not taking up the sport until she was in her 20's.

Hannah has also been a vocal advocate of mental health charity Pieta, and on Mind Yourself Now with Dermot and and Dave, she spoke about her very personal reasons for getting involved with their FeelGood initiative.

From the age of about 12, Hannah struggled with low confidence and self-esteem which manifested itself in an eating disorder and self-harm. Throughout some of the highlights of her sporting career, Hannah was at her lowest in terms of her mental health.

Thanks to the work that Pieta do, Hannah has recovered and now uses her experience to remind people that we are all human and we all deserve to get the help we need, when we need it.

The TV is looking pretty good this weekend.

The hit comedy returns to Irish TV screens with the third series on tonight at 9.35pm, moving from RTÉ2 TV to prime time RTÉ One.

The series will also air on BBC One on Fridays at 9.30pm from 24 July.

Created by Peter Foott, The Young Offenders tells the coming of age adventures of Conor & Jock and their mother/guardian Mairéad  as she tries to keep them on the straight and narrow.

Set in Cork, the best friends continue to navigate their awkward teenage years as they hatch plans to help distract from their tough home lives, work on sustaining their relationships and try to care for the newest family member, baby Star.

Going to the Zoo as a child is a right of passage - right?

Well not for Seán from the Dermot & Dave Show. This week, while speaking to a caller during Ah Sure Lookit, Seán revealed that he had never been to the Zoo before.

And no, it was't just Dublin Zoo, it was any zoo in general.

So, the team decided to organise a trip to the Phoenix Park for Seán - where he got to see some of of the worlds most exotic animals in person.

He was terrified that the Rhino's were going to be able to attack him, while he also felt that the Giraffes were too close and could "bite his head off".

He's one of the biggest country stars in Ireland and like everyone Nathan Carter has been feeling the impact of lockdown both personally and professionally.

Speaking to Dermot and Dave on Today FM's Ask Me Anything, the Wagonwheel singer spoke of the importance of country music for the Irish tourism scene and called on the Government to step in to assist the thousands of people employed in the sector.

Nathan also dished on the weirdest place he's gigged, and the night two lads broke into a scrap mid-performance.
