  • Normal People Producer Reveals If There'll Be A Second Series
Of all of the stages of lockdown, the Normal People one was probably one of the most enjoyable ones. All around the country, we gathered every week to see if Connell and Marianne would just have a conversation and get their act together.
But could we be getting a second series? Paula Herrernan from Element Pictures spoke to Dermot and Dave about how a return to Connell and Marianne's story would happen.
All of this would also depend on TV and film sets returning to a form of normality, which is something that Irish production companies have been hard at work developing throughout lockdown.
Paula explained to Dermot and Dave how Covid-19 will change the way TV and film is made in this country and when we will start to see new productions on our screens.

  • Mayo Woman Wins €5000 On Virtual Big Brother Game
A few weeks back, we spoke to Mark Quick from 9th Impact, an Irish based game company who had created the first ever virtual game of Big Brother.
Working with Endemol, the production company behind the series, 9th Impact created a simulated Big Brother house complete with chores, tasks and all the backstabbing we've grown to know and love.
Ireland was lucky enough to be the testing ground and Aoife Cheung from Mayo survived a record 4 eviction votes to be crowned the first ever Big Brother: The Game winner.
Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Aoife and Mark got into the nitty gritty of game playing and answer the question of how you can virtually dust a house.
Aoife has already won €5000 but can now go on and join the rest of the world in playing the worldwide version later this year. The prize pot is in six figures and anyone can play along, just download the app.
    We'll see you all there?
