The a-fucking-ha moment where I realized that my self-care routine turned toxic got me overthinking which got me oversharing.
How do you know if self-care is actually doing what it’s supposed to?
I discuss the most important question to ask yourself in regards to a self-care routine and how to know if we need more self-care or more self-connection. I’ll give you a clue. The answer is usually always more self-connection, but if we’re asking the right question when it comes to self-care then there shouldn’t be an issue.
I also discuss the importance of making sure your self-care routine is aligned with your self-love love language.
