• A Gal with Mama Trauma, who (as you could probably guess) has a not-so-great relationship with her codependent mom. She's tired of avoiding confrontation and being flimsy with her boundaries. How can she stand up to a parent who gaslights, manipulates, denies, and guilt trips?
• Rory, who's been dating for a while and trying to overcome her fear of sharing her needs … until a friend told her she was overdoing it, and she started second-guessing herself. She wants to know when it's appropriate to ask someone to meet your needs, and when is it not OK?
