A lot going on this week. For one, I feel like I'm back in the groove of things-- thanks so much for always letting me reacclimatize in my own time. For two, I feel like the scales have fallen off my eyes when it comes to celebrity, fame, and publicity. It's not that I miss what the Met Gala once was, the event itself never got me up like that, but the way it's devolved into something marginally above artlessness makes me sad and detached. I feel the same way about Karli Kloss owning i-D... a sign of the times.

I liked Cardi's outfit the most, ironically.

I've also been considering this D4VD case alongside the overall Epstein Files and Epstein class, which made me look at the Tanner Horner case with fresh eyes, and come to the realization that children are functionally marginalized and minority/second-class citizens within this country. Much like blacks, trans, women, disabled people, and grannys, this opens them up to predation by people who want to prey on people. Galaxy brain moment if I do say so myself.
