Lois Vitti is passionate about helping clients through difficult circumstances. She handles family matters, including, high net-worth divorces, support, and custody matters. She also assists clients with family conflicts arising from powers of attorney, guardianship, wills, and estate administration. She is trained as a mediator and collaborative attorney.

She often speaks at conferences, universities, and seminars in the areas of business leadership, family and elder law, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and litigation. She has held leadership positions and served on committees as a member of PBA, ACBA, CLASP, and MBA. She is a member of the Family Law, Elder Law, Commercial and LGBTQ Committees of the ACBA, as well as the In-House Committee, Estate and Real Estate and LGBTQ Committees of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is committed to her community and volunteers in many local activities and serves on several Boards of Directors.

She holds a B.A. from American University in Washington D.C. She received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in Delaware. After fifteen years of practice in New York City, she returned home to join her father’s practice. She currently handles matters in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.
