Park17 is an elegant 8-story development in Denver’s City Park West, blending modern living with the city's vibrant urban fabric. This mixed-use building, designed by Valerio Dewalt Train and developed by Kairoi Residential, utilizes modular, prefabricated metal stud walls––part of a light gauge construction system–– speeding up the building process without compromising design complexity.

Turrett is dedicated to maintaining the original turn-of-the-century brownstone facade and party walls, while completely redesigning the interior to meet the modern needs of the current homeowner following a philosophy of warm contemporary renovation.

The Glorya Kaufman Performing Arts Center is a beautifully reimagined space, born from the remodel and expansion of a 1950s-era Temple located at the heart of Vista Del Mar’s campus. The Center is not just a building but a beacon of innovation and inclusion, designed to be the home of Vista Del Mar's therapeutic performing arts program. Made from polycarbonate, its semi-translucent façade wraps around the building, and when illuminated at night, it turns into a glowing centerpiece for the campus.
